The room was disappointing. What makes up for is being right on the beach and having a restaurant you can just walk to for breakfast. The food is very good I had a shrimp omelette. But there's a guy messing with the Christmas decorations before dark it woke me up. I think I would go to the restaurant again but not necessarily stay there again.
Right on the beach. Love the hammocks and the beach food is good for what it is. Simple and filling. The rooms are clean and there is actually hot water and tons of water pressure. How nice! Parking is funky. I had a big trailer so I had to park in back even though it is where you drive into the hotel and where the office is. No big deal but it is a mess and smelly. They have some renovation going on so there is lots of construction supplies laying around. Other than that, it is good.
The rooms are nice and clean. Water pressure is great. The view is excellent. Pools are great and it's so nice they are covered. Stayed there all afternoon. Beach is wonderful. There is a covered area to sit to get out of the sun a bit. Staff was very pleasant. It's very close to shops and restaurants. You can get fresh coconut and mango. We saw many 3 and 4 wheelers. We loved this place and will be back as soon as we can.
The San Felipe Beach hotel as the name suggests it's on the the beach it's about a 5-minute walk into town whether you choose to walk on the sand or the road. It's really well located to get you right into the action of San Felipe. Stop at the main office and get your room key the rooms are nice not super well lit but there is a nice big window. There is a big parking lot there are two pools I didn't go in them so I don't know if one is a hot tub or not but there's a big awning covering the pool from the Sun
